Born 25/12/1882 in Chatham, ON. Edna was living at, 871 1st Street, Medicine Hat, AB. Next of kin: Mrs. Jane Fleming (sister). Occupation: Nurse.

Reference: RG 150, Accession 1992 – 93/166, Box 304-5 / Item17325 / PDF B0304-S005. Attestation: 18/10/1915 and Cdn. Hospital Shorncliffe – Moore Baracks.  She was 5’ 3”, Dark Compexion, Brown Eyes and Dark Brown Hair. Completed her Medical Board 17/10/15.

Edna sailed for England 27/09/15. She served in England and France. No.24 General Hospital at Estaples. She was transferred to Convolesent Home at le Touquet serving there from 18/10/16 to 28/10/16. She would serve at many different hospitals No. 1 Cdn. Hospital 4/10/17 No. 1 C.C.C.S., No.5 Cdn Hospital, Shorncliffe in Enfgland 18/02/19, No.9 Cdn. General Hospital, No.15 General Hospital – Teplow 16/03/19 to 28/05/19 and finally No.24 Cdn. General Hospital – Estaples.

Nursing Sister Auger was Struck Off Strength 11/07/1919 due to “General Demobilization”.  She returned to Canada aboard the S.S. Northland 26/06/19.
