The son of Dr. Harry S. and Alice Barlow of 124 Victoria Ave., Chatham. Robert attested to the RCAF in Chatham, ON. 11/12/1940 at the age of 18 years. 6’1/2”, Complexion: Light Eyes: Blue Hair: Dark Brown. Trade: Air crew in training. “Standard’. Scar over right eye.    

Capt. Robert Blake Barlow was discharged “his services no longer required.” 17/11/1944. He was “Honourably released 31/1`0/1969 from the Canadian Forces

Robert re-enlisted with the 2^nd Kent Regt. 31/03/44 and served in Canada until his discharge 11/11/1944.
