Born in Raleigh Twsp, Kent Co., ON. The son of Joseph and Margaret (nee Kelly) Bechard, the brother of Edward. The husband of Francis Margaret (nee O’Rourke) 31/03/51, and the father of Richard Joseph, Susan and Michael Patrick.

He served overseas with the RCAF for three years. Reported returning from overseas CDN14/08/45.

Frances passed away 9 Sept. 1988. Internment St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Chatham, ON.
