Born 28/04/1925 the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Widmer Bedell of Dresden, ON. George enlisted 13/10/43 at the age of 18 years and served oversea in England, Italy, France and Germany. He was discharged from the army 22/08/1946. He was living in Dresden in 1980 and passed away23/01/1984.
