Of 93 Lydican Ave., Chatham, ON. reported returning from overseas aboard troop ship “Alcantara” CDN 1/08/45(P), expected to arrive at Quebec City the 5th of August, 1945. Arrived from overseas. CDN 8/08/45(P) Arrived in Chatham from overseas duty. CND 9/08/45(P).
Sgt. Brodie, stationed at Camp Borden was reported on a two weeks leave with his wife and children. WN 17/07/41. The WN 4/09/41 reported that Sgt. Brodie had been training at Camp Borden, ON. He was at home on a week-end leave with his wife before transferring to Montreal.
