209th CEF 2 Mar. 1916  to November. Stephen was for forfeited 14 day pay in October 1916. Date of Service : 5/12/16. 

Embarked from Canada 1/11/16. Arrived at England 11/11/16 Transferred to 102 Bn. overseas 5/12/16 Arrived in France. 5/12/16 – with 209th Bn. S.O.S TO 102BD AT Shorncliffe. TOS 12/12/16 TO 102ND – FIELD.

He was killed in action in the Battle of Vimy Ridge, Apr. 11, 1917.
