The son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Cartier. The CDN 12/06/45 reported that Pte. Cartier was “now in England”.

Trained at #12 Basic Training Centre, Ipperwash and Debert N. S. Went overseas in May 1945, served  in United Kingdom and Continental Europe.

Discharged April 1946.

Robert passed away 14 February, 2006.
