Resident Chatham

Ida enlisted with the RCAF(WD) in London, ON. in 1943. She was reported as leaving for RCAF basic training at Rockcliff, ON. in September of 1943. She also served in Saskatoon, SK. After the war she worked at the Bell Telephone in Chatham, from which she retired.

Supplemental Information Born in Tilbury, ON. Ida was the granddaughter of Charles Case and related to Joe and Mary Drollaird. The daughter of Elizabeth Case of 55 Barth St., Chatham,sister of William C. and Russell. Her aunt Mrs. J. Drouillard was living in Tilbury in 1943.
