Glen was stationed in London, ON. and trained at Valcatier, PQ. The WN 26/06/41 reported Glen was serving with the 15th Field Ambulance RCAMC at Carling Heights, London, ON. He was on a brief leave with his wife and family. Glen was reported returning to the 15th Field Ambulance RCAMC then stationed at Susswx NS. after his furlough at home with his wife and family. Glen went overseas stationed at Aldershot, Sussex and Norfolk in England.
