Next of kin, Mrs. Marion Louise Cole (wife) of 120 Liggar St., Wallaceburg, ON. The brother of Leslie Arthur. Glen and Marion had five children: Norman Leonard, Douglas Wayne, James Leslie, Donald Lee and Glenda Lynne.

Prior to his enlistment in the ‘active service’ Glen enlisted in the 2nd Kent Regt. Pte. A470525. Appears on the “Muster Roll” of the 2nd Bn., Kent Regiment (MG), N.P.A.N. (date unknown).

Glen was stationed in London, ON. and trained at Valcatier, PQ. The WN 26/06/41 reported Glen was serving with the 15th Field Ambulance RCAMC at Carling Heights, London, ON. He was on a brief leave with his wife and family.  Glen was reported returning to the 15th Field Ambulance RCAMC then stationed at Susswx NS. after his furlough at home with his wife and family. WN 8/01/42

Glen went overseas stationed at Aldershot, Sussex and Norfolk in England.
