Member 24th Kent Regt. also 5 yrs. in the D.C.L.I. (UK). Attestation: 3/01/1916 at St. Thomas, ON. Vaccinated – Yes. He was in the 91st Bn. and then transferred to 186th Bn. 28/02/1916.

Apparent Age: 26 yrs. 8 mths., Height: 5’ 2 1/2” , Girth: 34 ½” , Complexion; Fair, Eyes: Blue, Hair: Light Brown. “Small scar on left shin and duped fingers on his right hand – “Fit” 30/12/1915 at Chatham, ON 3/01/16, to 91st O/S. CEF.

39/12/1915 at Chatham – App. Age: 28 yrs. 8 mos. – a farm labourer 5’ 2 ½” , Weight: 132# , Vac: 1891 – Medical Board 15/09/16. He was hospitalized – Pleurisy 29/06/16 to 8/07/16 (10 days). 28/11/16 to 13/12/16 – 16 days – Recovery operation.
