Upon further issues it was that Joseph and should be – Medically unfit for service 10/01/18 as the family as a whole was medically unfit, Joseph has been coughing for years. Suffered eight years ago. E is prone to Flatulence and ‘water – was for eight years. 19/05/18 was his last bowel movement – Rx. Ricum.
His father has been sick to the “Stomach”. His sister died in infancy – with spinal trouble. His four brother’s health was fair though there stomach at times.
It was agreed that Pte. Davidson was not fit due to service. He was Discharged 16/05/1918 at London, ON. 13/06/18 at Military Dist. O. Authority III-30 II 441-Mil. At Queen’s Park, London – 27/05/18 – Gastrites 27/05/18. FIT FOR CIVIL LIFE.
