Son of Mrs. George Summers of 48 ½ Market Square, Chatham, ON.

Served one year with the Kent Regiment.

Served in Canada from July 1942 to May 7th, 1943. Went overseas and was stationed in England.

The CDN 12/04/44 reported Spr. Dingman was returning to Camp Petewawa after spending a fifteen days furlough with the Summers on Market Square. 

The CDN 20/06/44 reported that Sapper Dingman was with a Canadian unit overseas 

Discharged April 5th, 1946.
