Apparent Age: 19 yrs. 7 mths. Height: 5’ 4”, Girth: 34”, Weight: 138#.  Complexion: Fair, Eyes: Grey, Hair: Light Brown. A small scar outer side right thigh. Medical “Fit” 2/12/15 at Chatham, ON. – 6/12/15 O/S.

91st O/S Bn. CEF – Transferred to the 186TH O/S. Training at Camp Borden: 13/09/16. Roy had to go before a Medical Board at Chatham 5/03/17.
