Born in West Lorne, ON in 1913. The son of Mrs. John McMahon of 221 Colbourne St., Chatham ON. The brother of Frederick A3059.

Lloyd enlisted in the Kent Regt. in October 1939. Shortly after, he transferred to the Essex Scottish Regt. He was a L/Cpl. but reverted to a Private to go overseas. He served overseas in England and Scotland for four years.

Discharged April 18th, 1944.

Lloyd passed away 1 May. 1992.
