Born in Blenheim, ON. Served overseas in Italy for two years and at the Toronto Military Hospital before taking charge of the London Station Hospital at Wolseley Barracks, London, ON. She later married Lou Demone of Isaac’s Harbour NS.

The CDN 5/04/43 reported that Nursing Sister Gerow was returning to her duties at Camp Ipperwash on the staff of the Military Hospital.
