Born formerly from Lambeth. The son of John and Carrie May (Pepper). Living in Charring Cross, Kent C., ON. The brother of Arlene (Burke), Helen (Smith) Pauline (Crawford), Glen and Donald. The husband of Evelyn (nee Tompkins), father Peter, Connie, Fran, Andrew and Ian.

Melvin passed away Monday, 22 June, 2015 in London at the age of 90 years.
