Served as a nurse and is now training for Laboratory technician and joined up for two more years of Service.

The CDN 23/12/44 reported that Fred would arrive home from HMCS Cornwallis, NS to spend Christmas Day with his parents.

Fred had returned to Chatham on a two week furlough from HMCS Cornwallis, NS. CDN 12/02/45.
