The CDN 7/04/43 reported that AW2 Lauriston had returned to Guelph after a furlough of a few days at her parent’s home. The CDN 13/09/43 reported that Sgt. Lauriston had returned to Halifax, NS after spending he furlough with her parents.
The CDN 4/05/45 reported that Sergeant Lauriston, stationed at Guelph was on a week-end furlough with her parents in Chatham. She had received her stripes when she graduated at No. 4 Wireless School in Guelph.
