The WN 1/27/44 reported that ERA was stationed at HMCS Nadeau at Esquimalt, BC.  The WN 27/01/44 reported that Robert had returned to Halifax after visiting his parents and his wife and two children. The Wallaceburg News reported that Robert was on ‘Active Service” overseas. He was stationed at HMCS Hochelega II at Jacques Cartier, B.K.S., Montreal PQ.
