Re-enlisted 25/01/1918 under the name of Patrick Jeriah O’Connor, and allotted regimental number 2356158 in 1st  Depot Battalian, WOR., at London, ON. at London, ON. He was discharged as medically unfit on 29/04/18 due to ‘Cronic Otitis Media. Service under both enlistments was in Canada Only. “Left ear drum perforated”.
