Date of Birth:  November 1, 1914.  From Valetta.  Prior to enlisting William taught at S.S. No.2 West (Trudell School). TT 19/08/43. In October of 1943 William and his wife returned on a weekend pass to visit friends in Valetta. TT 7/10/43.

THE CDN 12/02/44 reported that AC2 Osborne had completed his course at the Hamilton Radio school  and was on a two week furlough with his wife. A the completion of his furlough he was to report at the Clinton Radio School.

The exact date of his discharge is unknown, most likely at the end of the war.  He served in 5 “M” Depot, Lachine, Quebec, Summerside, Prince Edward Island.  His duties were repairing radios on airplanes.
