Unit 29th Reserve Company in France 7/05/16. 3/07/16 Adm. 3rd Scot. General – at Glasgow. Reported in France 7/05/16.

Received a GSW to the Right Buttock at St. Eloi 23/06/16 C.C.S at Poperighe. Transfer to Cdn. Gen. Hospital at Boulogne 27/06/16. Tranfer to Stobhill General 29/06/16. Transferred to Bushy Park 15/08/16.

Reported Missing

Word was received here on Sunday that Henry Paquette of Tilbury, was reported missing. He enlisted in the draft of the 33rd Bn. and his Homer was reported wounded some weeks ago, their parents are Mr. and Mrs. Henry Paquette.

It was for some time on or about 22/05/18 previously reported MIA 8/05/1917. For official purposes he was determined “Presumed Dead” .8/05/1917 age of 23 yrs. with BC Regt. 29th Bn 

In fact Henry was KIA 8 May, 1917 while serving with the 29th Battalion. 

Buried at “Orchard Dump Cemetery” – Pas de Calais – France Grave Ref.:- VII .F.29 

His “Will” to his mother Mrs. Henry Paquette, Tilbury, ON.
