The Wallaceburg News 26/10/44 reported that Glen had received his ‘Wings” at a ceremony in Toronto, ON. He was on a weeks furlough with his wife and her family Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Peters of Charlemont. He would be stationed at RCAF Three Rivers, PQ.
