28/05/19 Marked limitation of movement of left elbow and partial loss of strength of left arm, due to compound – communicated fracture of elbow from shrapnel occurring on service   “Enlarged internal abdominal ring on right side is no evidence of Hernia.  Marked L 9/06/19 “Disc from HMS ON demobilization – Medically Unfit for General Service P.D.P. – Electrothero Sq.

GSW – Left Elbow 29/09/18. “Badly comminuted fracture of internal condyle humerus and internal Condyle – humeus and adjacent part of Ulna and echanon, process – also fracture and Alma in mid 1/3 quile a layer.F. B. in this ptallion qrule super fecal requestates present.  29/09/18 Shrapnel – Marked limitation of movement of left elbow.  Also since being gassed in June 1917 to both eyes. Wounded 29/09/18 – Went through general – channels to England for 9 days later.

The board agrees # 17 fit for special duty – in Canada.
