The son of Mr. and Mrs. N. McCready, the brother of David N.. The WN 19/08/43 reported that Samuel had enlisted in the RCNVR stationed in London, ON.  The WN 27/01/44 reported that O/S. McCready was training at the HMC Gunnery School at HMCS Cornwallis, NS.
