Born in Ridgetown, Kent Co., ON.

William enlisted in 1939. He saw service in Northwest Europe, England, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany, He was reported WIA near the end of the war.  He was discharged in 1946.  

William passed away 18 October, 1988.
