The husband of Inez (nee Burk) Smith. Predeceased by a daughter Kay Carol Ann (1946).

Arlo served with the RCE from 1943 – 1945. A life member of the RCL – Branch 628 an the Wellington Lodge #46 A.F. &A.M.

Arlo James passed away 20 December, 2001 at Parkwood Hospital, London, ON
