The Wallaceburg News reported that he was stationed at Port Alberni, BC. WN-date unknown. The WN 6/05/43 reported that Pte. Ray Wark married Miss Ida Dell on 24 April at the Free Methodist Church. In September 1943 Ray was reported on a leave from Alberta to visit home. WN 2/09/43
