“ Solder wounded by high explosive shell 7/11/17 as described in section  8 and 9. No treatment apart from clearing of wound and dressing. Permanent – probably lessening a little” – No. He cannot do clerical work (Writing ) without shifting arms with his other hand every few words” – Category C3. – Outlined of shoulder destroyed and right shoulder droops.
