Sergeant Harry C. Keller left London, Ontario, August 26th, 1915, with the C.A.M.C. Major Reason in charge, arriving in England September 5th. He served as Dispenser in Bearwood Convalescent Hospital for two years, crossing to France in November 1917, attached to the 12th Canadian Field Ambulance. February 10th, 1918, he was appointed Dispenser of the No.3 Canadian Stationary Hospital, with Colonel Reason as Officer Commanding. He served with that unit until he was wounded May 29th 1918, sent to England July 1918 and to Canada Oct 1918. He received treatment at Whitby Military Hospital Eng. and Dominion Orthopaedic Hospital, Toronto until he was Discharged.

Discharged at Toronto Aug 13th 1919 unfit for further military service due to wounds received on Active Service.
