Examined 5/12/15 at Winnipeg, MB. Age: 33 years, a Physician. Height: 5’9”, 160#, Girth 35”, Fair development.   

RG150, Accession: 1992-93/166 Box: 246-22, Item: 13900, PDF: B0246-SO22. Born in Blenheim, ON. 13/03/1882. His address at enlistment was Dubuc, Sask. Nex of Kin: Mrs. Julietta Elmira (nee MacKenzie) wife married 2/01/1907 at Toronto, ON. At the time living at 65 Crescent Road, Toronto, ON.

He was active in the Army Militia – Army Medical Corp. Service. With No. 4 Field Hospital. His certificate of Service was 13/12/1915.

He served in Canada and England CAMC, CAMC – Training School at Dibgate A.D.M.S. at Folkestone and with DADMS Military District #12. SOS 12/06/16 posted to CAMC T.S. 6/02/16   TOS 11/04/16 to 22/05/16. Transferred to Bramshott, 3rd Division – Training HQ Staff 25/05/16  casualty – Shorucliffe 

29/11/16 He contracted Tonsillitis and had them removed. Admitted to hospital 29/11/16 and discharged 6/12/16. He was boarded for a month. Medical Board – Shorncliff 6/12/16 to 6/1/17. 

27/01/17 processed to Canada – Transport Duty.

After the war he went back to be a Physician. Dr. William C. Arnold passed away in Blenheim, ON. 6/04/1963 and is buried at Evergreen Cemetery.
