The son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bechard of Dover Twsp., Kent Co. Married and the father of Edward. The CDN 17/04/43 reported Victor was on a two weeks leave from the west coast. After his stay he, his wife and son accompanied him back west and they would remain in Vancouver, BC. for at least the next few months.
