The son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Brown of the 8th Concession Raleigh Twsp., Kent Co.
Arthur enlisted with the RCAF in February of 1942 at the age of 22 years. His parents had received a cable that he had arrived overseas.
The CDN 16/02/43 reported that their son arrived from the east coast to spend a two week furlough with his parents.
From R.R.#6 Chatham, ON. reported returning to Canada aboard the Ile de France, expected to arrive at Halifax on 25/01/1946 and CDN 16/09/24.
