Fred was from Wheatley. Fred served with the Royal Canadian Regiment in Italy.  He landed in Sicily and fought all the way up the boot until hospitalized from exhaustion [PTSD].  He was never wounded. Fred was Past President and Life Member Br. 324 Wheatley Legion. He died in 2005.
