The husband of Klaassiena (who passed away 4/02/15), father of Gerald Peter and Karl. Bethune passed away 30/09/03 and is buried at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham, ON.

Of 68 Duke St., Chatham, ON.  Son of Bethune D. Binga and brother of Jesse C. (A117054) L/Cpl. Bethune Binga also serving overseas, of Chatham.  Bethune was wounded in action while serving in Italy, the nature of his injury was not reported in the CDN 9/02/44 his twin brother was also wounded.   

Trained in Canada. Went overseas and served in England, Italy, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany.   

Discharged December 10th, 1946.
